I recently had the pleasure of staying at *Time Travel* in Ha Giang and experiencing the famous Ha Giang Loop tour – both of which exceeded all my expectations! This stay has been one of the most enriching and memorable experiences of my travels. From the moment I arrived, Tuan and his team made me feel like part of the family. Tuan’s dedication to his hostel, tour company, and English-speaking center is inspiring, and you can immediately sense his passion for his community and his vision for the future. The warmth and hospitality here are unmatched, making it more than just a stay—it’s a true cultural immersion. The hostel is a fantastic blend of comfort and local charm, with clean and cozy rooms that make you feel right at home. The volunteers and staff, especially Cassie, who’s been managing the operations, were so supportive and well-organized, ensuring every day ran smoothly. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Ha Giang Loop tour. The breathtaking landscapes, local village visits, and the thrilling bike rides through the mountains left me in awe. Tuan’s team does an excellent job organizing the tour, ensuring both adventure and safety. I also had the opportunity to volunteer at Tuan’s English-speaking center, and it was truly fulfilling. Helping local students improve their English skills, working on business ideas, and contributing to the hostel’s growth made this experience deeply personal and rewarding. If you’re looking for an authentic, transformative experience in Vietnam, *Time Travel* is the place to be. I highly recommend staying here, joining the Ha Giang Loop tour, and, if you can, taking the opportunity to volunteer. Have you ever felt that life is too busy and stressful? That for a long time you have been so absorbed in work, in life, making a living that you forget that you also need to rest and slow down to feel life more fully? I know there is a place that is not simply described as “beautiful”, “peaceful”, but in the eyes of a lover like me, it is a place of “luxury” in terms of emotions. I am not sure what the most appropriate words can be used to describe it all, but there I was truly fascinated by the wildness and intimacy, peaceful but not boring or sad, to the point that I did not want to return to the hustle and bustle of life. I’m talking about the days at “Time Travel” << Đào Gia Homestay>>
Everything here gives me the feeling of living in a family, where I can comfortably be happy, sad, absent-minded, and comfortably live as my true self without fear of being judged or scrutinized. From the service, the people, the feelings here, for me, I would like to use the word “complete”. In addition to the fact that you can lazily sit and chill from morning to night if you want, playing with animals and plants, there will always be people who tolerate that laziness by: urging you to go to bed, urging you to eat, urging you to go out 😊 and are always ready to listen, share your stories when you need them, and heal your wounds in the most miraculous way.
Then, after the storms you have gone through, you will realize that peace is the final destination of each person, not a hasty and crazy life chasing after fleeting material things. Rich or poor, just 3 meals a day, healthy body, happy mind, no matter how gloomy the day is, the sun still shines in the heart, right? 😊
“Living” and “existing” are 2 completely different concepts. Coming here, you will clearly contemplate that, understand yourself and have more positive energy 😊
