Located near an ancient temple, the bustling Hà Giang market, and the serene Lô River beneath a hillside, our traditional Tày stilt house embraces a minimalist design—nostalgic, close to nature, and deeply connected to the local culture. 🌿 It is not overly modern but warm and familiar, just like the people here. 🔥
🛍️ HÀ GIANG MARKET – THE BEGINNING OF AN ADVENTURE
When Melisa and Alexander arrived at Time Travel, I—Time—welcomed them with a warm smile and cups of hot tea. ☕😊
🗣️ Time: “Shall we visit the local market today? I’ll take you to explore the freshest ingredients!”
🤩 Melisa: “That sounds amazing! I’d love to buy some vegetables and spices unique to this region.”
As we walked through the colorful stalls, the bustling market of Hà Giang was alive with the aromas of fresh produce and the cheerful chatter of local vendors. 🏘️🎶
🥬 Alexander (curiously holding a bunch of fresh green leaves): “Time, what kind of vegetable is this?”
😄 Time: “This is cải mèo, a local mustard green. It’s delicious when stir-fried with garlic or cooked in soup!”

🍲 A COZY KITCHEN FILLED WITH LAUGHTER
Back at Time Travel, our small kitchen soon echoed with laughter. 🔥 I guided them through slicing the meat, marinating the spices, and preparing the fire.
🔪 Alexander: “Time, is this the right way to slice it?”
👍 Time: “Almost! Slice it a bit thinner so the meat absorbs the flavors better.”
🥣 Melisa (stirring the soup with a concentrated look): “Should I add all these spices at once?”
😂 Time: “No, add a little at a time and taste as you go. The secret to great cooking is balancing flavors!”
Though the kitchen was simple, it radiated warmth, with the flickering fire 🔥 mirroring the excitement in our hearts. 💛

The warmth of the liquor erased all distance between us. We shared stories of our journeys, laughed about past adventures, and spoke of future dreams, just like the endless flow of the Lô River outside. 🌊
🎨 THE MEMORY WALL – A MARK OF FRIENDSHIP
After dinner, we moved to the Memory Wall. 🏯 I prepared paints and brushes, then gently instructed:
🖌️ Time: “Each of you, paint your country’s flag here. Don’t forget to sign your name and date—it’s a promise to return to Hà Giang!”
🇩🇪 Alexander (carefully painting the German flag): “I’ve never done this before. It’s exciting!”
🇮🇹 Melisa (smiling as she finished the Italian flag): “Time, look! I will definitely come back here!”

🌞 The next morning, before Melisa and Alexander set off on their Hà Giang Loop adventure, I gathered them for some final advice.
